  • Baker

    Our bakers are key members of our team because they are the reason our customers keep returning for our treats. As a Do Good baker, you’ll work with our trainees, other staff and volunteers to prepare our cookies, donuts and any additional products we want to add to our lineup.

  • Manager, Catering Services

    Our program runs because we sell delicious products our customers love. The Bakery Manager will work with the senior team, bakers and employees to support the preparation of our cookies, donuts and any additional products as needed and run our farmers market retail program.

  • Bakery Manager - Retail

    As our catering business grows, we’re excited to hire someone to receive, plan, prep and coordinate the execution of catering orders. They’ll ensure we have kitchen time, supplies, and staff to execute orders, and be on-site to coordinate production, making sure orders are delivered on time.

  • Staff Training and Development Supervisor

    The role helps shape and track trainee and employee progress in our work-based skills training program. This individual will gain skills that apply to teaching, special education, social work, developmental services and work in D&I in non-profit and/or for-profit settings.
