The employment program bringing work-based skills development training to life.
Do Good was created for youth with developmental disabilities and neurodivergent youth who want to work in food service at jobs within their community. Through the Scale-to-Succeed program, employment skills training goes a step further, offering experiential learning delivered during a paid work placement contract. As Employee Trainees, these staff members gain the skills, confidence, and work experience they need to be set up for success.
You don’t pay for the Scale-to-Succeed program, we pay you. As a work-based program, Scale-to-Succeed hires participants as employees who do real work for real pay, learning as they go.
